To start we meet for the

We get to know each other and check that we are the ‘right fit’ for you.  We listen to you to get an understanding of your lifestyle, your exercise history, your dietary habits and your goals.  Blood Pressure,  body fat analysis and fitness testing is performed to assist us to design a programme suited to your needs and that you will enjoy and maintain.  You then choose from one of our Packages designed to suit your lifestyle, your level of motivation, fitness/health goals and budget.

You have just joined the gym.  You have had an induction but feel you would like a little more direction.  HealthConsult will do a lifestyle, fitness and dietary assessment, design a fitness programme in the first two sessions, each of which is one hour.  We then arrange to meet one month later for sessions 3 and 4 to monitor your progress and to make any necessary changes to your programme.
